Great place to stay in the center of Edinburgh. The rooms are nice, clean and bathrooms are shared only with your roommates inside the room. Well located, a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff is good, the bar is nice and the food is good for the price. You can leave your luggage in a room after check-out or before check-in.

Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was overall clean, but by design, water didn't drain well and some remained throughout my multiple night stay. Staff was helpful, bought a UK plug converter. Had a strange encounter where another guest told me her previous roommate had made unwanted advances. She told me staff helped resolve the situation, so I can't blame them as sometimes there are just crazy people. I had no issues though, met some very kind other guests.

Super friendly staff. Great common area with pool tables, bar, restaurant. Nice outside area. Clean rooms, nice laundry room with working machines. Close to everything and just down a side street so there are less Drunk singers at 4am outside your window. Rooms get warm on hot days and could use a fan.
