💡Consejo - Londres es una de las ciudades a las que van todos los artistas, los compañeros de ticketmaster saben que cuando un artista dice que está haciendo una gira mundial, suele significar EE. UU. y Londres... 

Por eso, te recomendamos que actives las notificaciones de Songkick y Ticketmaster, o mejor aún, de los recintos que te gustan, como Wembley o The O₂ Arena, ya que algunas leyendas visitarán la ciudad este año. 

El O₂ Arena se encuentra a 35 y 45 minutos del Safestay London Elephant & Castle y del Safestay London Holland Kensington Park, respectivamente. 

El estadio Wembley Park está a poco menos de una hora de ambos albergues.

Totally Thames

🌊 A month-long celebration of London’s river, city’s foreshore will be filled with archaeology walks, river races and community events. It’s one of the best ways for visitors to experience London from a different angle, quite literally, since many activities take place on or right beside the water. The highlights of the festival will definitely be a Great River race and historic boat displays such as St Katharine Docks completely for free! An amazing opportunity to see historic boats Great for travellers who want a slower, more scenic side of London beyond the usual landmarks.

London Design Festival 
📅 12-20 September 2026 
🎨 Now in its 24th edition, this citywide festival brings together designers, studios and museums across dedicated design districts for a week of installations, exhibitions and talks. If you are looking for something unique and less generic – this is surely a-must-visit in London. Expect everything from large-scale public art installations to intimate studio open days.

Open House Festival 
📅 12-13 September 2026 
🏛️ One of London’s most-loved annual events throws open the doors of buildings not normally open to the public: architectural landmarks, governmental buildings and hidden gems most Londoners have never even seen inside. It pairs perfectly with Heritage Open Days (11-20 September), which adds even more free walks, tours and behind-the-scenes access across the city. A brilliant, budget-friendly way for architecture and history fans to see a side of London that’s usually off-limits. Free entry to most sites, though popular buildings can involve queues.

Frieze London & Frieze Masters 
📅 14-18 October 2026 
🖼️ One of the world’s leading contemporary art fairs transforms Regent’s Park into a hub of galleries, installations and talks, with more than 280 galleries from 45 countries taking part this year. The Focus section is particularly worth seeking out, spotlighting emerging galleries and artists from across the globe. Frieze Masters runs alongside it for pre-2000 works, making the two fairs a genuinely comprehensive art-world weekend. A strong pick for culture-focused travellers, though tickets for the main fair should be booked well ahead.

BFI London Film Festival 
📅 7-18 October 2026 
🎬 The UK’s biggest film event brings UK and world premieres, gala nights and industry talks across venues throughout the city. It’s the highlight of the year for London’s film scene and a genuine chance to catch major titles before general release, sometimes with cast and director Q&As. Screenings are spread across multiple central cinemas, so it’s easy to build a festival day around whichever neighbourhood you’re exploring. Book tickets as early as possible for the biggest premieres.

Diwali on the Square 
📅 25 October 2026 
✨ London’s official Diwali celebrations light up Trafalgar Square with music, dance and performances from the city’s Hindu, Sikh and Jain communities, plus family activities like sari-tying, henna and a food market. It’s a free, joyful, genuinely inclusive event that gives visitors a real taste of London’s multicultural character rather than a tourist-facing version of it. A great one to combine with an afternoon around central London.

Halloween in London 
📅 26-31 October 2026 
🎃 Halloween falls on a Saturday this year, and London leans into it with ghost walks, haunted attractions, themed river cruises and spooky film screenings across the city. London’s last week of October has a huge list to offer, for example Kreepshow Kabarets and haunted pianos in Albert’s Schloss in Soho or Spooky movie nights at the Rooftop Film Club in Peckham.

Events in London in November 2026

Bonfire Night (Guy Fawkes Night) 
📅 5 November 2026, with major displays across the weekend of 7-8 November 
🎆 One of Britain’s most distinctive traditions lights up the London sky with fireworks, bonfires and street food at venues across the city, including Battersea Park, Alexandra Palace and Wimbledon Park. It’s a genuinely unique cultural experience for international travellers unfamiliar with the tradition, blending 400-year-old history with a properly fun night out finishing up with major fireworks overlooking Albert Bridge skyline. Battersea Park’s display is among the biggest in South London, and reasonably close to the hostel.

Pitchfork Music Festival London
📅 2-8 November 2026
🎤 Specially for the lovers of underground and cutting-edge music genres, months of November offers a week long Pitchfork Festival for all London travellers. Spread throughout different most legendary venues across London, the line-up includes a wide range of artists for any London visitor to admire. Extraordinary venues that got our attention: Union Chapel, Hackney Church, St Matthias Church.

EFG London Jazz Festival

🎷 One of Europe’s biggest jazz festivals brings ten days of performances to venues across the capital, from major concert halls to intimate jazz clubs, including free daytime sessions through the Guildhall Jazz Festival strand. It’s a fantastic way for music-loving travellers to dip into London’s live scene beyond the standard tourist sights.
