Athens Marathon: The Authentic

🏃‍➡️ The most historic marathon in the world, run on the original 490 BC route from the town of Marathon to the Panathenaic Stadium, with around 60,000 runners. Roads close along the entire route from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Best spectator spot near the hostel is the final stretch on Vasilissis Olgas and the marble Panathenaic Stadium finish.
