A group is 10 or more people travelling together.
Customers under the age of 16 are only permitted to stay in private rooms or shared rooms that are booked for the sole use of one family or a group of persons booked together and must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. Any person between the age of 16 and 18 years must be accompanied by an adult (over 18) staying in the same room or dormitory.
Yes. All rooms and entrances to our properties are secured with key card access only. Each hostel has a 24-hour manned reception supported by a CCTV system. All dorms have lockers, you can bring your own padlock or purchase one for £3.50 at the reception.
We are independent, so you don’t need to be a member of any organisation or show a hostel card to stay.
Yes. When you book your group in through our group reservations department we guarantee that nobody else will be staying in your room.
Due to the unique design and composition of our buildings we can’t always guarantee that groups will be accommodated on the same floor as this will depend on the layout of the building and type of rooms you have chosen. We will of course do our best to accommodate you as close as possible, if you have any concerns about room configuration our Group Reservations department will be happy to discuss these with you.
