Our hostels & hotels are designed with groups in mind. We offer spacious dormitories for up to 21-bed dorm rooms, private rooms, and communal areas equipped with billiards or boards for relaxation and bonding activities.

Safestay’s special group packages include breakfast, dinner, and packed lunches to take away to keep your team well-fed and energized. We cater to all dietary needs and allergies, but just to be safe, give us a heads-up!

What do I need to know ahead of the call?

While the dedicated group representative will provide the required information it’s good to know a few things ahead to help you plan the room booking for sports teams. Use this list to guide you:

Choose a destination and dates of travel
Identify accompanying persons (coaches, parents)
Identify any special dietary requirements or allergies
Organise travel authorisations especially for travel abroad (name, surname, DOB for all guests)
Clarify financing (we accept bank transfers only, please check T&CS.
