HOW TO BUY & REDEEM
1. Purchase any amount of vouchers. You only pay the discounted rate of the Gift Card!
2. Make a booking on our website & enter your voucher number into the “Note” section on the checkout page.
3. Do enter your card details to secure the booking, if the Gift Cards(s) fully cover the cost, no payment will be taken.
4. The reception team will redeem your voucher to pay for the booking, if further payment is required they will contact you to arrange this.

- When making your booking, book the “Standard Rate” which is our flexible rate (where you would normally pay at check-in) – you will need to enter your card details to secure the booking but the Gift Card will be applied instead of charging your card for the outstanding amount
- Enter your Gift Card Number in the “Note” section
- Standard booking terms & conditions apply when making your booking
- Gift Card credit can only be used towards one booking/transaction, credit cannot be carried over
- Multiple vouchers can be used for any single booking/transaction made
- Gift Cards (vouchers) are non-refundable
- Cannot be used with the member’s promo code or any other promo codes or offers
- Applies to new bookings only, existing booking cannot be amended
- Cannot be used for bookings made via the Group Bookings Team
- Online bookings only
- Does not apply for bookings on new years eve
- Subject to availability at time of booking
- For Gift Cards purchased in GBP and redeemed in EUR, we apply a 1:1 exchange rate and vice versa
