1. Leaning Tower of Pisa

It would be a sin not to start with this!

 

Everyone loves the Leaning Tower of Pisa especially getting a shot of themselves trying to hold it up. However, there are many other creative shots you can get that will help separate your photo from the others.

 

A few people have managed to sit the leaning tower of Pisa perfectly in an ice cream cone and pretend to ‘lick’ it. This is a very tricky shot to get but if done correctly it looks amazing.

2. Mura di Pisa

The Mura di Pisa is the oldest city walls in Italy and is still intact! A lot of work has been done to but that has made it possible for visitors to walk on these walls and for them to get a great Instagram shot!

 

Aim to get as much of the length of the wall in your photo as this is what really sets it apart.

3. Tuttomondo

You might recognise the picture but we bet you didn’t know it was in Pisa. The popular mural that features human-like figures describing the theme of peace and harmony in the world is a great spot for a Instagram!

 

The colours really add depth to the image so be sure to feature them in the picture.

4. Piazza dei Miracoli

Also known as the Piazza del Duomo, the Piazza dei Miracoli is a beautiful structure that covers 8.87 of land. It is an important part of European medieval art and a true masterpiece.  The giant structure is a must see and must Instagram when you’re in Pisa.

 

Aim to get the whole structure in your shot. You will have to stand pretty far away and also be there early to avoid crowds.

5. Cattedrale di Pisa

The Cattedrale di Pisa is another architectural masterpiece that will take anyone’s Instagram from 0 to 100. The sheer detail must be captured in your shot to show how intricate and amazing the building is.

The grass in front of the Cattedrale di Pisa is the best spot to sit down and get a picture from there. It will really make the shot look natural.
