This charming café went viral on social media for its juicy egg’s benedicts pictured below. The café quickly became a hit with locals and tourists alike for its eclectic decor, diverse brunch menu, and quality coffee. From mouthwatering pastries to savory options this spot is a haven for food and design enthusiasts alike – Kavárna co hledá jméno is nestled in a historic building and sports exposed brick and cement all around.

Kavárna co hledá jméno is open every day from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, so if you plan to visit make sure to look into their programs – they often host art exhibitions so you may stumble upon something wonderful.
In the heart of downtown Prague, you can find Super Tramp Coffee in a hidden courtyard. Continuing with the theme of industrial-chic vibes and exposed brick walls the café exudes a trendy and relaxed atmosphere.

They’re famous for their exceptional coffee, commitment to sustainability, and the outside seating area where you can be in the heart of the city surrounded by historic buildings and greenery.
Super Tramp Coffee is open Monday to Saturday 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM and 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM on Sundays.
Located in the former military barracks Kasárna Karlín is a multifunctional space that stands out for its dynamic programming, including art exhibitions, live performances, and community events.

The above picture is one of their most popular premises – the pool cafe. It’s an old military pool that no longer serves its purpose but for lovers of unconventional experience, it serves great brunch deals and coffee.
The opening hours vary immensely as there are many premises in the area and not everything is open at the same time. As such it’s crucial to check their programme before visiting.
Located in the most urban and cultural district of Prague, in Praha 7, we have KOLEKTOR – a minimalist and modern space with an emphasis on art and design. The cafe is located in the Fair Trade Place – an extension of the National Gallery.

The place is known for its brunches but most importantly its curated selection of specialty teas and coffees. They often host art exhibitions, galleries, and in the evening DJ events.
KOLEKTOR cafe is open Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. We recommend exploring the district and checking out the Trade Fair Palace and grabbing a coffee or coming back to the cafe for their evening art events.
This one is a true hidden gem that is only local and now you know. Embracing the spirit of scouting, Skautský Institut offers a nostalgic and wholesome atmosphere. Located by the Astronomical Clock this gem is pretty well hidden making it that much more worthwhile to find it.

A minimalist cafe filled with furniture crafted by scouts and volunteers offers the cheapest beer in the Old Town Square and has a similarly affordable and simple menu. The institute is actively involved in organizing various public events – lecture workshops summer cinema and more.
They are open every day from 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM and to get there you must walk 1 minute from the Astronomical Clock, find the entrance to the institute, pass the reception, climb the stairs up to the first floor, and you will find a maze with corridors and numerous doors.
Just follow the signs to the café and/or admire the view to the courtyard where you can take your drink and rest that you’ve finally made it.
When else are you going to transport yourself to the Belle Époque era than in Prague at Absintherie – an elegant and historic bar? For starters, note that the mission of the owners is to disprove myths and legends of green fairies and the dangers of absinthe.
It’s worth noting that they are doing this by offering 100 different kinds of Absinthe on their menu.

Jokes aside the establishment is perfect for those seeking a taste of Prague’s rich history. The knowledgeable staff, authentic atmosphere dim lighting, and vintage decore provide a unique and immersive experience.
The bar is open from Monday-Thursday at 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM. On weekends they open at 13:00 and stay so until 01:00. They also have a museum and a gift shop for any novelty souvenirs you may want to bring home.
Opened on 29th September 1991, the following day of the death of the pioneer and innovator of modern jazz Miles Davis, the album namesake – AghARTA Jazz Club is an intimate venue with dim lighting, plush seating, and a fantastic acoustics setup.
If you’re a fan of classic cocktails and world-class jazz performances AghARTA Jazz Club is a haven for you. The dedication to promoting live jazz and creating an intimate setting sets it apart from many mainstream venues.
Located in a 14th-century basement venue in the Old Town Square the club is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 7:00 PM – 1:00 AM.
Unfortunately, there are no good photos of this establishment which only adds to it’s authenticity and makes it a must-see spot for your visit.
The infamous and iconic spot along the Vltava River, drawing partygoers worldwide is this 5-storey nightclub – Yes you read that right! Each floor has a distinct theme and musical genre, creating an inclusive atmosphere and catering to diverse tastes.
Blending historical architecture (the building is from the 15th century) with cutting-edge sound and lighting Karlovy Lázně Club is a novelty tourist attraction only 100m away from the famous Charles Bridge.

The club is open every day and welcomes guests from 9:00 PM until 5:00 AM. So if you decide to go, make sure you bring your hat and mittens for the ice bar.
