Right in the historic heart of the city, Safestay Barcelona Gothic puts you within walking distance of the Barcelona Cathedral, Plaça Reial, and the magic of La Rambla. Stroll 10 minutes to reach the waterfront of Barceloneta or discover artisan shops and street performers around La Boqueria Market.

Art lovers can enjoy the under 5-minute walking time to both Picasso Museum and Museum Moco Barcelona while making sure to keep your eyes peeled as medieval history unfolds in front of you.

The metro at Jaume I is just around the corner for easy access to all of Barcelona.

Your Hostel in Barcelona!

The hostel is made for the social traveler – common lounge is spacious, stylish and made for socializing. If you’re working remotely, you can sit up at one of the desks designed with WFH in mind. The hostel is set in an old building with stonework that provides natural AC in the summer.

Thanks to the collaboration with its sister hostel Safestay Barcelona Passeig de Gracia there’s an expanded opportunity for meetups and events.

Please remember, this before booking that per Spanish law, minors cannot stay in shared dormitories and can only be accommodated in private rooms. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you observe this policy. The hostel reserves the right to adjust bookings if this requirement is not met.
